Some traders are day traders and some traders are night traders. Simple as that. But; why do some people hate day trading and only trade at night?
有些人喜欢白天做交易，也有些人喜欢晚上做交易。各有各的道理，但是，为什么有些人讨厌在白天做交易而偏爱在晚上交易？

Most of the people think that with day trading, they can earn some fast money as long as they learn and manage how to "day-trade". Yet, once they try it, they come to the realization of how it’s time intensive, stressful and extremely difficult to make persistent money at. Even though the NYSE and other markets open and close with a bell each day, more traders have become active into the night. Below; we will outline 4 reasons why people prefer night trading.

1. More distractions: 
白天更容易被干扰：

It’s no doubt that during the day, you will have more distractions compared to the night. Without a doubt, when you are trading you should not be distracted, multitasking or talking on the phone.

显然，白天与晚上相比，你更容易被干扰。但是当你做交易的时候，毫无疑问，你不应该分心，不能同时做多件事情，更不能边打电话边做交易。

2. No Career: 
晚上交易不影响工作：

If you want to become a day trader, you should forget about your career; at least a day job.

You need to analyze the market each and every day and make quick decisions. You will likely trade during specific time frames. Although, there are the adventurous few who are able to trade all day and make profit.

Some traders prefer using the day time learning, reading up on newer trading techniques and the markets and apply their trading techniques and knowledge during the night.

Day trader or the other, you should have a target in mind invariably. Particularly, you should procure your profits when your targets are accomplished. As a trader, you must know the market inside and out, instead of jumping around. Finding a market that fits your style is also vital to be in sync with the markets. Once the trader is completely captivated with its market choice, the language of the markets will become more fluent. Taking your time to observe until you have a clearer understanding of the market will help you to become more successful in your trades. Moreover, by trading your own belief systems; discipline and patience will be your best friends.
